Food in America: Đôi Đũa's Vietnamese Kitchen

  • Sally's Middle Name 1320 H Street Northeast Washington, DC, 20002 United States (map)

Inspired by Bon Appetit magazine's spotlight on Food in America, we are celebrating the diverse culinary traditions found in the kitchens and homes across the country. Đôi Đũa, is a pop-up market experience serving classic Vietnamese-style food with a modern twist.

The most important aspect of Vietnamese food is the concept of “balance” - the balance of sour, bitter, sweet, spicy & salty. Vietnamese food lends itself to the distinct, yet harmonious combination of these 5 flavor profiles.
